Shipping Information

Orders will be dispatched within 3-4 business days from date of order confirmation/ payment.

Goods that are out of stock at time of ordering will be placed on back order and a customer service representative will contact you with expected delivery times.

    Delivery charges are at additional cost on all orders except items back ordered from the original shipment. Export orders will only be shipped complete( no back orders).

    Freight charges of capital items eg: treatment beds are charged at transport company rates.

    Due to O,H & S standards we request that you notify us at time of order correct sites access information eg: stairs, elevators, corners, loading dock times etc so we can provide appropriate resources. For difficult deliveries that incur additional resources, a surcharge will apply- refer to VIP Delivery Service.

    Once you have entered your postcode the exact shipping to your location will be calculated by Australia post or courier service.

    All medical tables and bulky equipment will be shipped as a Standard Door-Door service only. The most economical option is for a tailgate delivery to the driveway of the premises. The driver will use a tailgate lift to unload your goods. We recommend that you arrange a minimum of two persons to assist as the packed table will weigh over 80kg. Packaging materials are not removed as part of this delivery service. The delivery into your practice is your responsibility, and once you sign that the goods have been received from the driver, any damaged caused whilst you install your goods into your practice, will be your responsibility.

    We will request that the transport company ring you before delivery, but can't guarantee this will happen.
     
    If the delivery driver offers to help place the table in the desired location and helps you unpack it, neither InterAktiv™ nor the freight company are liable for any damages that occur to the table, you or your helper, or your property.

    Site-to-Site Delivery Service is available is some areas and is an additional service which includes a 2 man delivery into the premises, unpacked and packaging removed. Please contact us for a quotation, prices will vary according to delivery access. ( This service is not available of Pacific Health products)

    It is the Customers responsibility to declare at time of order any delivery impediments (eg: restricted access, stairs etc), as prices do not allow for areas where delivery of goods to the door becomes difficult. If this is the case additional delivery fees incurred from the transport company may apply.

    All price quotes are in Australian Dollars (AUS$) and exclude freight costs, duties & taxes, customs clearance, bank transfer fees, internal land freight cost and any other costs incurred within the receiving country.

    Export orders will only be shipped complete( no back orders).
