Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing
Orders will be dispatched within 3–4 business days from the date of order confirmation or payment.
If any items are out of stock at the time of ordering, they will be placed on backorder, and a customer service representative will contact you with the expected delivery timeframe.
Delivery Charges

Delivery charges apply to all orders, except for items backordered from the original shipment.

Export orders are shipped only as complete shipments; no backorders are available.

Freight charges for capital items (e.g., treatment beds) are based on the transport company’s rates.
Site Access & Delivery Requirements
To comply with OHS standards, please provide accurate site access information at the time of order, including details such as stairs, elevators, corners, loading dock times, etc. This allows us to allocate the appropriate delivery resources.
For deliveries requiring additional resources due to difficult access, a surcharge will apply. Refer to our VIP Delivery Service for details.
Once your postcode is entered, the exact shipping cost to your location will be calculated by Australia Post or the courier service.
Medical Furniture & Bulky Equipment

All medical furniture and bulky equipment are shipped via Standard Door-to-Door service.

The most cost-effective option is a tailgate delivery to the driveway. Drivers will use a tailgate lift to unload goods.

It is recommended that at least two people assist, as packed tables can weigh over 80 kg.

Packaging materials are not removed as part of the standard delivery service.

Delivery into your premises is the customer’s responsibility. Once signed for, any damage occurring while moving or installing items inside your premises is your responsibility.
The transport company may call prior to delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If the driver assists with placing or unpacking goods, neither Whiteley Diagnostic P/L trading as InterAktiv™ Health nor the freight company are liable for any damage to the goods, the customer, helpers, or property.
Site-to-Site Delivery Service

Available in select areas as an additional service.

Includes a two-person delivery into your premises, unpacking, and removal of packaging.

Pricing varies depending on delivery access; please contact us for a quotation.

This service is not available for Pacific Health products.
Customers are responsible for declaring any delivery impediments (e.g., restricted access, stairs) at the time of order. Additional delivery fees may apply if access is difficult.
Export Orders

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude freight, duties, taxes, customs clearance, bank transfer fees, internal land freight, or any local costs.

Export orders are shipped only as complete shipments; no backorders are accepted.

Payment is required before dispatch.
