Pricing & Payment

Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST, but not delivery. Prices are correct at the time of publishing but may change without notice — call us for the latest price if you're unsure.

We accept:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) — a card processing fee applies where applicable 
• Bank transfer (any transfer fees are payable by you)
• PayPal
• Shopify powered by Stripe
• Lease finance for capital items, arranged through our finance partners (paperwork must be completed before delivery)

Payment is required before goods are dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you with an expected delivery time. We're not responsible for the performance or accuracy of custom orders.

Export Orders

Export prices are in AUD and don't include freight, duties, taxes, customs clearance, bank fees, or local delivery costs in the destination country. Export orders are shipped complete only (no partial/back orders), and payment is required before dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery is charged separately unless otherwise noted. Freight on large items (like treatment beds) is charged at the transport company's rates. If your delivery site is difficult to access (e.g. stairs), please tell us in advance so we can plan accordingly — extra resources may incur a surcharge.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of your invoice date, provided they're unused, in original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns aren't guaranteed — see our full Returns Policy for details.

If an item is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from what was described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Damaged or short-supplied orders must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with an Authorised Return Number (ARN) obtained from us first.

Custom-made, made-to-order, and special order items can't be returned. Return freight is at your cost, and a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Warranties

All products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty, as outlined in the product's user manual. Consumables and perishables carry a limited warranty.

Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or repairs/service carried out by anyone other than an authorised technician. For repairs, contact our customer service team — small items are returned to us at your cost, and larger items are serviced on-site by an authorised technician. Repairs are charged at an hourly rate plus parts and freight.

Product details on our website come from the manufacturer. We're not responsible for changes to specifications, and we may update product descriptions or images at any time.

Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events outside our control — such as natural disasters, strikes, war, government action, or supply shortages.

• All content on this website (text, images, logos, branding) belongs to Whiteley Diagnostic Pty Ltd (trading as InterAktiv Health) and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print it for personal or internal business use only — not for redistribution or resale without our written permission.

• To the extent allowed by law, we don't guarantee the website or its content will be error-free, and we're not liable for damages arising from its use. Where the law gives you rights we can't exclude, our liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the goods or services in question.

Privacy Policy

What we collect: When you shop with us, we collect basic details like your name, address, and email to process your order. We also collect general browsing data (like IP address) automatically.

Consent: By giving us your details to complete a purchase, delivery, or return, you consent to us using that information for that purpose. If we want to use your details for marketing, we'll ask separately. You can withdraw consent anytime by emailing info@interaktivhealth.com.au.

Disclosure: We only share your information if required by law or if you breach our Terms of Service.

Website platform: Our store runs on Shopify, which securely stores your data. Payment details are encrypted and handled to PCI-DSS security standards; transaction data is deleted once your purchase is complete.

Third parties: Some services we use (like payment processors) have their own privacy policies — we recommend reviewing these. Once you leave our site, our privacy policy no longer applies.

Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including SSL encryption for payment details. No online system is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.
