The Darco post operative shoe is engineered for maximum protection and comfort during recovery. It features a rocker sole and a square-toe bumper to reduce plantar pressure.

The strapless forefoot closure accommodates dressings up to 17" in circumference. An ankle strap and zoned outsole prevent slippage and provide essential traction.

With MetaShank protection and a customisable insole, this post op shoe offers rigid control and superior support for the recovering foot.

The DARCO MedSurg™ is the most versatile post operative boot on the market. Its double-padded, removable insole fits the PegAssist™ (PTQ Series) system.

Indications:

• After foot surgery or when K-wires are present
• When large bandages or dressings are required
• As a platform for the PegAssist™ (PTQ Series) insole for off-loading wounds

This Darco boot provides solid protection and fits bulky bandages with ease. The square-toe design adds critical safety for the toes.

The sole features a metashank design. This provides added support to the metatarsal region while walking.

The hook and loop closure fits up to a 17-inch circumference. It removes the pressure caused by traditional D-ring closures on the forefoot.

Aggressive midfoot tread ensures superior traction. Reduced-friction areas at the toe and heel minimize tripping risks from scuffing.

An elastic ankle strap keeps this post op boot secure. The rocker bottom sole reduces bottom-of-foot pressure by up to 25%.
